We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and committed individual who will be responsible for pupils’ welfare, safety and supervision during the lunch break at Wickham Common Primary School.
The successful applicants will:
- Have an understanding of site security and Health & Safety in the workplace
- Have a general knowledge of cleaning, DIY and maintenance
- Work well within a team and as a lone worker
- Be organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Behave in a warm, yet professional manner towards colleagues, pupils and visitors at all times, and contribute to the positive ethos of the schools and the Trust
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Security and supervision of the Trust premises
- Caretaking, cleaning and general maintenance
- Attendance across schools in the Trust to open & close the premises for lettings

Have you a passion for teaching children with SEND needs, know you can make a difference to their school life and enable them to access their learning by adapting for their needs?
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with primary children with a range of SEND needs
- Be able to plan and deliver learning to a group of approximately 8 pupils
- Deliver targeted interventions
- Be able to direct another member of the team
- Support children’s EHCP’s

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join a dedicated team of education providers.
We are looking for a caring, passionate and energetic Teaching Assistant to join our team, to work in KS2. The role is to work in a class environment in the morning. The role will be working closely alongside the class teacher to help support the children and will be based within the classroom as directed by the class teacher. You should have good behaviour management and communication skills and be able to adapt activities towards child’s learning abilities
In the afternoon the role will be to deliver interventions outside of the classroom under the direction of the SENCO. You should have good organisational skills, be able to adapt teachers planning and be able to have excellent record keeping skills.
You must be a friendly, attentive, outgoing individual and enjoy working with children and ensuring that they meet their potential.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to join a dedicated team of education providers.
We are looking for a caring, passionate and energetic individuals to join our team. The Teaching Assistant roles will be working closely alongside the class teachers to support children. You will be based within and outside the classroom as directed by the class teacher. This role will include cover at lunchtimes.
The HTLA role will provide cover to classes during teacher training, PPA time or staff absence. The successful candidate will support class teachers in all aspects of their work to ensure that the curriculum is delivered effectively; the children are happy, stimulated and excited to learn. They will also ensure that the children are supported to behave in a thoughtful, responsible and considerate manner. We are looking to commence this role as soon as pre-employment checks are complete.
Previous SEN experience would be beneficial, but working with children in education is essential. You should have good behaviour management and communication skills and be able to adapt activities towards child’s learning abilities.
You must be a friendly, attentive, outgoing individual and enjoy working with children and ensuring that they meet their potential. Previous experience working within a school environment is a must.
